TERMS OF CANCELLATION

More than ten people in a group.
The terms that apply in the event of a cancellation are listed below. You are obligated to pay the sums and percentages displayed.

• Customers may cancel up to one week prior to the scheduled date without incurring any fees from The Raclette Company.

• The customer is responsible for paying 50% of the estimated price for food and beverage and the entire cost of any externally contracted materials if cancellation occurs up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.

• If the customer cancels less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, they will be responsible for paying the full cost of any externally hired materials as well as 100% of the specified cost for food and beverage. Changes or cancellations must always be made in writing.

• The customer is not obliged to pay any fee to The Raclette Company in the event of a cancellation made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.

• Should the customer need to cancel up to 24 hours before to the scheduled date, they will be responsible for paying 50% of the indicated amount for food and beverage.

• If the customer cancels with less than 24 hours notice before the reserved date, they will be responsible for paying the full quoted amount for food and beverage. Cancellation or alteration must always be in writing.
